They listened to our concerns and accommodated our wishes. We were comfortable and satisfied with this travel agency.

We stayed at an ryokan hotel with a private onsen in Hakone. My husband’s power wheelchair had no issues rolling into the room, elevator, or onsite restaurant. We requested the “Western-style” room to sleep on mattresses instead of floor futons. The room had a private onsen on outdoor balcony surrounded by bushes and small trees.
