MemberI went to Shinjuku Gyoen to see the Sakura today (not much to see yet!) and while they are using a reservation system to control crowds right now, wheelchair users can skip the line and don’t need reservations.
One of the few ‘perks’ of being in a chair!

Tokyo is becoming more and more international, and therefore food is becoming more diverse as well.
Today, I didn’t have sushi, but instead ate pork Bánh mì. It is a sandwich combining Vietnamese ingredients in French bread and sauces. I ate mine and forgot to take a picture, but here is the one I ordered from Uber Eats:
I love this combination of Vietnamese and French. I ate this frequently at a small restaurant in Harajuku where I worked ten years ago. I miss one!
