7 weeks agoFlying with a Disability 7 weeks agoThis is an interesting initiative. Toronto has a desk for Air Canada, and JAL and ANA have special desks in Tokyo, but they are just for the airline. I like the idea of a general desk.

This is a great idea! I will say that some airline desks do provide some extra help in regards to disabled security queue locations and other helpful information. Would be nice to have a centralized location.

Sorry for the late reply!
Disney is a notoriously difficult place to give an answer about. In general, the rules etc are written assuming you are a resident of Japan with a Japan-issued disability ID. Not having such an ID could present challenges – even if your disability is obvious.
I have heard stories with both endings – no problems…

Unfortunately, in the “Points to Note” you cannot use it with JR Pass, so you will likely need to go to “Midori no Madoguchi” to make reservations if using the pass. 😢
We had a hotel but it did not have onsen in th room.
