There is a special permit you can get that let’s you park in certain no-parking zones but it takes at least two weeks and you need to be a Japanese resident as the police use the disability pass you get from city hall etc
So, not really for tourists.
However, if you just want to indicate you have a reason for parking in the wheelchairs…

Unfortunately, some of their original hotels have some poor design choices, but I have met with them and know they are very eager to improve and learn – for example I recently discussed options for families…

I have never booked for 4 people, but my guess would be that if you want to book online, you’ll need to book 3 times in a row:
- wheelchair seat
- companion seat
- remaining two seats
However, as the wheelchair and companion seats are less likely to fill up quickly, it might be best to book the seats for your husband and other son first so you can…
