Hi Repeats:
How cold are you talking? I assume you are in the USA because of the scooter brand.
My first thought would be mechanical. perhaps the grease in the bearings has stiffened up in the cold or condensation has frozen in the gearbox etc. If you run it indoors, say in a mall does it get better?
The electronics are not usually affected… Read more

Thanks for the information!
I have stayed in Paris in the past and found it inaccessible mostly because of the old buildings and cobbled streets. I have made a note about the Citizen M. If I get back to Paris (hopefully), that is where I’ll stay.
