1. The bullet train almost wouldn’t let my daughter get on the train. The scooter folds up so they were ok with that. -TIP- bring the paperwork on battery specs, and pamphlet info. That helped us. I was reading and I saw under special discount: You cant change reservation after purchase. Cancellation fee will be 320yen. Im not sure if I read that right though.
