MemberSky Bus and Sky Duck buses are not accessible
The Sky Duck* bus has been around for a while but a new double decker “Sky Bus” has recently started driving around Tokyo.
We called to confirm, and as expected the bus is not wheelchair accessible. To get to the upper deck, users must go up a flight of steps. Even the lower floor is not accessible since it is used as luggage space.

One train with this set up starts today, increasing to 13 trains this year. Other lines will start later.

That looks like a great product!
For getting on the shinkansen etc, there is a certification/sticker to show compliance with size/turn radius requirements for scooters. Since this can go on the shinkansen, is there a sticker or label attached?
