I am currently working on planning & booking our trip for 2025, and are coming up with a few communication issues, wondered if you could help?

I am trying to get an email address or a Fax number for SIN NIHONKAI Ferry.

Need to communicate with them to enquire about ‘Barrier free’ facilities.

I have telephoned a few of their Reservation centres hoping to speak to an English speaker, but no-luck. No email address on their web sites. Tried registering an account, but got blocked by the *Require Katakana text box. ??

Any ideas?
