MemberNice to meet you.
Larger airports may have lift vehicles for boarding. Basically, you may not be able to use it when boarding on a boarding bridge, but there may be room for negotiation.
Also, transferring to a seat using a sling lift may be difficult. I think they are probably using sliding boards.

As Josh recommended, we are a care taxi company who has the HiAce.
We can accommodate 1 powered wheelchair and 4 passengers at the most. Plus 1 or 2 oversized bags and 4-5 normal suitcases.
Last year we did two weeks trip with this setting, start from Tokyo and round everywhere in Japan.

Dear Tony
Thank you for your reply. I learned about your journey.
I can suggest two methods.
1.
When you head from Osaka to Tokyo, return your wheelchair at Shin-Osaka Station. Then, you will have someone in Tokyo arrange a wheelchair for you to pick you up at Tokyo Station, etc. Then, when you return home, have that person come and pick it up.
