If i may add, we’ve been in Tokyo Japan last November from Canada. Had an elec tric wheelchair & hand carried my CPAP machine but never had any of those classifications protocols …….Passed japan customs & no questions of such kind

If i may add as well,
When we visited Asakusa last November 8, our tour guide brought us to Sushi Zanmai & my wheelchair just perfectly fits inside. Another thing is that during our stay in Tokyo, we used Google map & it will show the wheel chair sign if it is a wheel chair accessible or not. Experienced wise I agree from what i was advised…
