If you have your own wheelchair I suggest bring it with you. There is no place to rent wheelchairs at the airport directly, but a few companies can send one directly to the airport or your Airbnb.

Unfortunately we can only provide information on travel within Japan. To move to Japan you will need a company to sponsor your working visa. If you find such a company, then your son can receive welfare services here.
