My Japanese husband has Level 1 disability. We are in Australia and parking is a nightmare. I asked the relevant authorities for a temporary disabled parking permit. The reply was only if he is permanently living in Australia and only if he has a disabled parking permit in Japan.

You can rent a wheelchair for within the airport and to bus/car park. I assume you will be booking wheelchair assistance from departure to arrival too so ask the staff to help you to bus stop.
