MemberFree admission for those with disabilities
A friend of ours shared that he brought a doctor’s note and medical documentation of his disability and was granted access to museums when he visited Italy. He also shared this article about Italy: https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism-in-italy-statistics-2024-your-quick-travel-guide-to-the-beautiful-country-5775 which someone might find…
Wow, this is amazing! I really appreciate your initiative in creating this group.
Tips for cobblestone and bumpy surfaces in a wheelchair
Hey there @trumpet33, thanks so much for sharing that tip about tilting back on the rear wheels when going over cobblestones! 😮 I never would have thought of that, but it seems like a really clever solution. I’ll have to try tilting back on the wheels next time I take my wife on some bumpy section.
Information about your travelling organisation
I’m considering planning future trips without a tour guide, instead
relying on an AI assistant like Claude for guidance. While the
information it provides should still be verified through additional
research, in my experience I’ve found its results to be more useful than
other chatbots I’ve tried, like ChatGPT. For those also interested…I really enjoyed reading the article. I had stress-free travels in
Bergen and Stavanger, Norway. Norwegian nature is a haven for
mindfulness and the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. I was lucky that the place I rented during my stay was only a few
minutes’ walk to a fjord.
