• Hello everyone, I found this forums after watching the “travelling with physical disability in Japan” video. I have mild Cerebral Palsy and am vision impaired. I have never been overseas personally, am 26 years old and am eager to experience (and hopefully live in) Japan. My hobbies are playing Chess, video games & watching anime. I am good with computers (as long as the issue is software) and live in Australia. Glad to meet you all.

      • Glad to meet you!
        I’m Josh from that video!

Please share information on your hometown in Australia as well – I’d love to see Australia one day

        • Hi ryuk52109. My father was in the US Army and I was in the US Air Force so have traveled for much of my life but I have never been to Japan. But I was in Gulf War 1 in Kuwait so now I am a Disabled Veteran with Gulf War Conditions and other health problems. I am finding it difficult to travel to Japan as a bachelor without a travel companion or caregiver so far. I would love to live in Japan also but it would be difficult since the US Veterans Administration provides me free health care and medications here. I too watch anime and play computer games (especially MineCraft). I am good with computers too but more on the hardware side of building, upgrading and repairing them. I am solidly in the AMD processor/AMD video camp. I live in the USA in the state of Kentucky. You ought to try and visit here too.

Josh, have you ever lived or visited the USA?
