      I use a small mobility scooter that seems to meet all the requirements for JR trains. However, I’m wondering if there is a service out there (or if anyone has advice) that can help me figure out which stations I can use to make connections between Tokyo and Gotemba and then between Gotemba and Kyoto. Also, I understand I need to contact JR ahead of time to make arrangements, I’m wondering how to do that. Any advice would be much appreciated!

        Hello, we are in Tokyo. When you need assistance in the train station or to get on the train, you can ask the station master who is near the ticket gate.
