Disney is a notoriously difficult place to give an answer about. In general, the rules etc are written assuming you are a resident of Japan with a Japan-issued disability ID. Not having such an ID could present challenges – even if your disability is obvious.

Im planning to travel and visit Japan maybe last week of November and i have made a hotel reservation already in Shinjuku area. My question is ..is it safe to go around Shinjuku/Kabuchiko in the evening just to stroll ….. Are there any accessible restaurants around the area?
