I have yet to come across a hotel with a hoist at the hotel, but it is possible to rent a hoist in Tokyo (and possibly Osaka).
However, you will also need to be sure that the beds at the hotel have enough of a gap underneath the bed.

I went 2 times in Japan and stayed in different hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto.
