MemberWhat are some wheelchair accessible places to see the cherry blossoms in Kyoto?
Hi!
Thank you! I have been to Fushimi Inari Shrine, but there is a new elevator I hear – so I definitely want to go again.
I will also go to the night blossoms at Nijojo.
However, I hadn’t heard of the others, so I will add them to my list!

Thanks Joan, good suggestions – I’ll look them up.
Will be taking the Arashiyama Sano Scenic Train through the pass. (It has 2 accessible spots, but a bit of a pain to book!)
Also, Nijojo is doing a sakura light up at night.

I am thinking of going to Kyoto to see the sakura, and am wondering what the “must-see” sites are and then figure out wheelchair accessibility.
I was there years ago and forgot!
You can apply to any jobs, but you will likely have more luck with regular jobs since the “special jobs” are focused on helping unemployed Japanese people with disabilities find jobs.
But, it never hurts to apply!
It is also much easier to get a job if you are in Japan as a student already.
