We stayed at the Hilton for one night and had an accessible room The toilet had grab rails around the toilet and a walk in shower. It serviced our needs as my wife can transfer with help but must have grab rail so the room was good. Everything in the hotel is accessible.

Our experiences are this. We booked a private hire company WIlgo from Haneda in advance. Very expensive but worth every penny. They have a ramp so no need to exit wheelchair . Full tie in of wheelchair. Also we took a taxi from Yokohama to Haneda in a basic black cab. All these cabs have a small ramp to get a wheelchair into the cab but there’s…

We used Wilgo transport . Jun is such a nice guy. He has a wheelchair accessible vehicle that has a ramp that the person can just wheel straight on the vehicle and room for suitcases as well . As with Japan it’s expensive for private hire but worth the extra cost just to have total peace of mind. After all it’s a holiday so enjoy.
