What is Sydney Australia like for accessible transportation? Are all the buses etc wheelchair accessible? Are there wheelchair accessible Uber vehicles?

Just wanted to let you know that the Batu Caves in Malaysia (near Kuala Lumpur) are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The only way inside the caves (and inner temple) is up a very long set of stairs.
