I heard there are wheelchair accessible buses in Chiang Mai.  Can you use them in a power wheelchair?  Are all buses accessible, or just some?

Just wanted to say that the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) are wheelchair accessible.
