Not a lot of detail! So might want to contact them directly.

Accessibility of the Subway/Train in Taipei
Has anyone used the subway or train in Taipei? Particularly from the airport. I’ve heard it is accessible but would like to hear some experiences as well!
Hi
Hello. In Osaka, my friend runs a hostel with such facilities. I also have a video but I couldn’t attach it here…
Also, I am a care worker and have a license to handle care equipment, so I can arrange the equipment you want. Thank you.

Hi
Hello. I recommend Arima Onsen when you visit Osaka. Or if you want to see a great sunset, I recommend the Tango region of Kyoto. Then this is another region close to Tokyo, but my friend has designed and is promoting such a bath. I will send it to you for your reference.
Regards.
