Hello everyone 🙂 I was wondering if anyone could suggest an adapted taxi company, operating in the areas of Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina (US). I use an electric wheelchair, and as I will soon travel there, I am looking for accessible ways of transport from the RDU Airport etc. Thank you in advance!

An update: On the 3rd of December, a new elevator began to operate in the Acropolis hill, and new walkways were created for disabled visitors.
As I have not visited recently the place though, I cannot give you any comments on those renovations.

As an electric wheelchair user, I think that it is very important to be able to find equipment to rent when traveling.
I for example always rent a hoist, as it is difficult to carry one with me. I know also people who rent for example (electric) wheelchairs when they travel, as they are afraid that during a flight, theirs might be damaged.…
