I believe so. The “consolidated” brands tend to provide better services in terms of accessibility. In my perception, Japanese hotels have good accessibility in general.
The ones considered luxury hotels (4 and 5 stars like Hilton or Prince) are winners in terms of space and details in the service.

Do you find that certain brands do accessibility better than others? If so, does that matter when you make a decision about where to stay? ie if there are several options, you will likely choose the one you have had a good experience with.
MakI unfortunately had to make do with the room that I had 😰, after I’d spent 3 nights there on check-out I asked to speak to the Manager again and all he could offer me in compensation was a free dinner at the hotel. Needless to say we never took him up on that offer and on the way back from Australia we of course stayed at a different hotel…
