Hi, so good to have found a community for am accessible japan trip! I was wondering if anyone could help me out here with hotel accessibility for Biwafront Hikone? I have emailed them about the wheelchair accessibility and they have replied that while the restaurant, lobby are wheelchair accessible, the rooms are not. Can someone clarify if its possible such situation might happen in Japan? thanks!
