So, I saw an image of a narrow tower attached to a walkway overlooking a beautiful bay and it got me interested enough to find out it is called Lacerda’s Elevator in Salvador, Brazil. I assumed that because it was an elevator, it should be accessible…. but, it is really old, so who knows!
On the Salvador tourist website it suggests…
