    I keep hearing about a special pass one must get for trains and subways for wheelchair users in Tokyo. Should I get one ahead of coming in May? How?

      If you are referring to a Japanese Government Disability ID, you cannot get one without Residence status in Japan (visiting on holiday as a foreigner does not qualify for this status).
