Sky Bus and Sky Duck buses are not accessible
The Sky Duck* bus has been around for a while but a new double decker “Sky Bus” has recently started driving around Tokyo.
We called to confirm, and as expected the bus is not wheelchair accessible. To get to the upper deck, users must go up a flight of steps. Even the lower floor is not accessible since it is used as luggage space.

The point about assistant dogs not being allowed off at ANY port was very interesting. Not something I had thought about!
I guess it has to do with animal quarantine?
