Has anyone been on the Singapore Flyer in a wheelchair? The website says 5 wheelchairs can ride in the carriage?! Is that every one, or is there one special carriage etc?

I would say that Sensoji in Asakusa and Meiji Shrine are good examples of historical buildings that have added ramps and elevators in a way that allows access, but also keeps the atmosphere of the traditional space.

When you say “learn from”, do you mean good examples of accessibility?
While the language school likely won’t be able provide it there are places that could lend you a magnifying device (or similar devices). A guy at my office uses one like this
