MemberRecommended site is Kyoto for a day
Hello,
When we were in Kyoto we took some cabs. It was easy to access to temples.
We Spent Two full days in Kyoto and it was not enough. If I can share you my opinion for your travel, you Could stay a Little bit more in Kyoto ( and maybe Nara) instead of going to Osaka if you want to visit temples.
Enjoy your trip.
AsiaMarketMakersHello,
all trains are accessible .
For shinkansen, if you book, you can put your wheelchair in a specific place and stay on it.
It was not difficult to take train when we were in Japan.
Hello
I Think we didn’t have to show something: we arrived with the weelchair.
The staff came to see us At the entrance because :
– inside there are some areas Where you cannot go with Wheelchair.
My husband let his Wheelchair At the entrance : it was difficult for him but it was a great experience !
Thank you justin for the information you gave. You know better than me.
I just want to tell that it is Easier Than in France to travel with a wheelchair in trains/metro in japan and we didn’t have problems Over there.
Enjoy your trip!
