I one to study abroad (clearly in Japan) as I have seen is a top country in terms of accessibility, therefore could be a lot of research from their part on reducing barriers. For example, I found the “Tenji blocks” article by @joshgrisdale very useful.

Yes @joshgrisdale ! Actually, I just came back from Ro Dental Office in Meguro Ward, recommended by @wilgo . It’s accessible, very close to a Toyoko Line station and the dentist explains everything in English. Staff can’t speak English but they are super friendly, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Would these users expect delivery?
Would they expect to get brand new equipment or would they understand that the equipment is used as the business rents…
