I am travel agent and take similar queries occasionally. Unfortunately there is no inexpensive solution to make the same-day delivery system. You have a solution but it is just like to hire a car and the driver doing the round trip in one day.

I travelled to Japan last year from the US with my Pride go go scooter. I was able to plug my charger in every night at the hotels we stayed at without a problem or needing any kind of adapter.
