There are a few train routes to get to Akihabara from Haneda. They all have at least one transfer and will be about 45min (depending on how fast staff can respond).

I’ve unfortunately had to resort to buying my own portable ramp that’ll go in my motability vehicle. If I go out without my car then I rely on the shop/restaurant to provide a ramp but sometimes it IS impossible to get in, extremely frustrating

Sounds so fun! Did you stay at the Marina Bay Sands or just visit the pool? If so, how was the hotel room accessibility?
