Oh, so glad I misread your needs. In general, there are lots of toilets on every floor, with extras near the casino and gathering spots. If your only worry is access, you should be fine. They are normal sized, not tiny, and I hope you have a wonderful time.
Are you working with a travel advisor that specializes in working with handicapped individuals? If not, make sure they understand your limitations.
