I know @schroth-sensei has first hand experience he could share.
You can download Google Maps data as well as language sets on Google translate (app), so you could get by without if you really want to.
Some restaurants might have it, but a lot don’t.
I’d suggest you first contact your local provider and see what your plan offers…

Two friends can share a taxi and split the fare, but the same option is not available to most wheelchair users due to space constraints.
This looks really interesting but… a bit out of my budget. If anyone gets it, let us know how it is!
