I can’t think of many hotels in Japan without hard mattresses… hopefully @Jacinta_S can let us know this one is different 🙂

@Jacinta_S, I asked someone I know from an airline and they said that equipment is purchased/maintained by the airport as opposed to an individual airline, so you may want to contact Haneda and suggest they get an Eagle Lifter:

@Jacinta_S – Excellent points! Thank you so much for the feedback. If I have the opportunity to meet with people in charge I will try to bring these things up. Especially the Eagle Lift – the airport is everyone’s first impression!
Do you know if it is the airport or airline which is responsible for such a lift?
