@Jacinta_S – Excellent points! Thank you so much for the feedback. If I have the opportunity to meet with people in charge I will try to bring these things up. Especially the Eagle Lift – the airport is everyone’s first impression!
Do you know if it is the airport or airline which is responsible for such a lift?

Excellent point. Even if it isn’t perfect, having people with disabilities become more active and visible goes a long way to building a lasting legacy.
