Hopefully they can come up with more creative solutions for increasing revenue (like the combined post office/train station etc. instead of limiting movement and require advanced booking for wheelchair ramps.
Not only will advanced booking add extra effort and planning for riders with a disability, adding in the language barrier for visitors…
