Probably! I think what would be handy about going backwards in a manual chair is that you don’t get that heart-stopping moment where your small caster wheels get jammed in a gap in the cobbles. My chair doesn’t have a seatbelt and I can’t tell you the amount of times that my wheelchair has come to an unexpected halt and my body, well……

Does anyone have experience of renting adapted vehicles in places you might not expect to find them?
