I haven’t talked to or heard from anyone at Disney about these changes. I’m worried that I will no longer be eligible because I’m too independent even though I use a power wheelchair.
I’m going to Disneyland next month for Pride Nite, so I hope I’ll get a DAS.

Yes, you can use any toilet in the train (though, might be frowned upon to use the first-class “Green Car” toilet if you are not in that section.
