I am a congenitally disabled person who needs to use an electric wheelchair throughout the whole process. In July, I will go to Miyako Island for a cruise tour. I want to know if there is a wheelchair taxi or other means of transportation on the island.

There are a few taxis on the island and that is likely the best way to get around. You can see them here: https://caretaxi-net.com/taxi/kyushu_okinawa/okinawa/miyakojima/
But unfortunately they look to only be contactable by phone…
Perhaps @wtj can create a tour for you using one of them?
