My kid is non verbal and we speak French and English at home , do you think it would be possible for him to still attend to special schools etc ? He would be communicating with a picture book / iPad , signing and a few English words.

Hello we went to Tokyo skytree. No problem with wheelchair. For tickets, I dont remember a lot but we took them just before going. It was a very Nice view
