I am planning to travel to Japan in October of this year to the cities of Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa Island. For this trip, I need a hoist because i’m in wheelchair. The Hamacho hotel has an accessible bathroom (room 617). We were there a couple of weeks ago. It’s 10 minutes on level ground from the metro station (Suitengumae, Z10) and the Tokyo City Air Terminal. There’s a good 24 hour supermarket opposite and a bakery (Boulangerie Django) who do excellent croissants and pastries a few yards away.

By “an accessible bathroom”, do you mean a roll-in shower like the one in the photo?
She can use a shower chair to take a shower.

Hi, my 30 year old daughter is excited to travel to Japan in October but is finding it hard to find a hotel that has an accessible bathroom. She will be traveling with a support person and is a full time wheelchair user. And of course does not have a huge budget.
