Very active walker and traveler until last 5+ years.  5 procedures and 40 pounds later, able to walk a little,  but that’s all.  No more hiking or cycling trips for me, but want to get involved in alternatives.  Also, people who are not arthritic just “don’t get it”, I.e. they see me barely being able to walk, and still try to get me to go on extended trips or hikes.  I’d like to get to know some others in my situation!
