Does anyone know how I can book to rent A mobility scooter or wheelchair once in Tokyo? I was given one place for rent but it is so expensive I am hoping I may be able to find one a little less expensive. I was thinking like the Disneyland in the states you can order these from any outside source. If anyone know please let me know
