Adaptive Yoga at the beach? We will have it in September 2024, when I am organising a special 7 day tour which puts together adaptive yoga, fully accessible beaches, boat tours and delicious local food (we are in Italy, come on, how could it be otherwise). And cultural tours, AND a beautiful location in the middle of the countryside – but really near the beach too.
The yoga lessons with our certified teacher Mechthild Kreuser, will be in German and in English.
