Hello. I understand it is quite a walk from the train platforms to the station exits. I use a cane and can only walk short distances and am wondering if the train stations offer wheelchair assistance to and from the platforms. Thank you.

Anyone know where I can rent a wheelchair (manual or power) that can accommodate up to 150kg person? I will be staying in Yokohama in November. Thank you.
