I use this station often. I didn’t realize it wasn’t ADA-compliant. Admittedly, I’ve never used the restrooms there. The ramps from the platforms down to the main station walkway are a bit steep.
No wheelchair access for going up The Gateway Arch in St Louis
Knowing what isn’t accessible is useful too. Had a discussion about the wheelchair accessibility of The Gateway Arch in St Louis on Twitter and someone sent this video. Definitely not possible in a wheelchair due to stairs and a really small lift up! But I’m glad to know before getting hopes up.

Can you tell us what the station was? Unfortunately, mobility scooters can’t be used at some stations (you can search stations here: https://www.ecomo-rakuraku.jp/en). But since you got to the tracks without being stopped by staff, I assume that wasn’t the case here.
