Just today I visited the refurbished Pikes Peak Cod Railway, in Colorado, USA. I should preface this by noting that I am partially ambulatory and use a cane and a manual wheelchair.
I have to say I was pleasantly impressed by the accessibility of this attraction. The train station, gift shop and bathrooms both at the base and at the summit…

I wish more people thought like this before using a disabled parking spot (or toilet!) if they don’t need it.
I fully agree with you. There are a lot of helpful and toughtful people out there but unfortunately there are also a few others who just do not think by parking on a disabled parking spot. In my country they often use the excuse, i just use it for a short time……………………………😏

Unfortunately cherry blossoms are in the spring so that won’t be a possibility likely. However, I have a vague recollection that at Shinjuku Gyoen they have a variety of cherry blossoms from various areas so there is something blooming somewhere year round.
As for the other tours, will you need a car or use public transportation?
