There really isn’t a lot of room to leave stuff (like a wheelchair), but in theory I guess if it folds you could leave it between the last row and the wall. And I have seen a few now with a very small rack/closed for baby carriages.
I have only ever used the accessible carriage and have a feeling that the doors…

I haven’t been but according to the website, there is an accessible toilet and the grounds are accessible.
However, the Karakuri Yashiki and Shinobi Monomi Yagura have steps and aren’t wheelchair accessible.

Is the SmartDrive acceptable at Japanese airports?
I do not use one, but I noticed ANA has an assistance email where you can send information about your wheelchair ahead of your flight. Not sure how much it helps to submit the information ahead of time to the airline but maybe worth a try?
